A gorgeous "English Miss" rose bush so that I can be reminded how much he loves me every time I go out into the garden (I struck gold with him!) :)

I made Nigella's meatballs and pasta, we shared decadent hazlenut icecream and a bath :)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30592638.post-70886084811988893412007-02-15T15:52:00.000+01:002007-02-15T15:52:00.000+01:00Happy valentines. James excelled too - and spent time putting together a CD of all the songs that are special to us - 16 of them - from Neil Diamond to the Partridge Family! I think you have to grab every opportunity to celebrate life and love - you never know what's round the corner. So, a belated Happy Valentine's to everyone out there!Twicehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10998649247987357353noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30592638.post-4648885363988051142007-02-15T11:01:00.000+01:002007-02-15T11:01:00.000+01:00That cake looks gorgeous and your dinner sounds de...That cake looks gorgeous and your dinner sounds delicious. Jacob comes back from work to his wife (who is very home bound, well on in pregnancy, with small children, house guests and teenagers to cope with)and gives her a small gooey artisan cheese - for her alone to eat, she isn't allowed to share it.

It isn't a showy present, it isn't for a specific occasion and it is carefully, lovingly chosen spot on in knowing what she would love before she knew herself.

Mind you - some of that cake might work in the same way. I hope you had a lovely evening.

JJanehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14576982065729973318noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-30592638.post-29725556675157319612007-02-15T00:29:00.000+01:002007-02-15T00:29:00.000+01:00Oh just look at all that cgooey choacolate on the ...Oh just look at all that cgooey choacolate on the cake. I always feel its too cheesey and then feel mean spirited for feeling that way.

Maybe if I had been cheerleader popular in the teens - I might have felt different - but instead I'm left bitter and twisted!!!!

How dreary? spending tonight reading blogs while the MD reviews accounting software - romantics we are!!!!!Heather https://www.blogger.com/profile/15486383793238153240noreply@blogger.com
